We grow up with the idea being reinforced over and over, if not in word, definitely in the reactions from those close to us,

that we are our behavior. We are punished for our mistakes, so

we begin to believe that we are our problems, that we are fundamentally

flawed somehow. Well we aren't. Life is a loving tutorial of the Self and in the journey to the Self, we fall down often. However,

just as in the process of learning to walk, we learn balance from falling down and getting up again. We do this until we get a sense of how to balance our physical body in a physical world...well the same is true of our emotional and spiritual bodies. Don't be so hard on yourself. Life is loving you always and supports you completely. Be confident in the LOVE that Spirit has for you and look for evidence of it in everything that occurs. You are loved beyond your understanding -- know this and you will see your worth reflected back to you.
